This two-and-a-half-day Lab is designed for those with at least one script draft under their belt, or a strong understanding of story & script writing principles if coming from an alternative writing background.

Receive critical analysis & comprehensive notes on a project of your own during your one-on-one session; come with questions about your script(s), new ideas you’re toying with, or how to position yourself for success in the current TV / film landscape!​

During the Lab, learn how to analyze your work, map out an infallible rewrite plan, & the tools needed to execute. Discover what it takes to adapt IP, how to do so effectively, & why the movers & shakers in Hollywood are so hungry for adaptations. Hone your personal brand through writing exercises focused on voice & life experience.​

​Reflect what you’ve discovered in your three-minute pitch for a project of your own, which you’ll write, practice, & deliver around the crackling campfire Saturday evening (don't worry, we'll teach you how to nail it!).​​

November 8, 9, & 10, 2024. 2pm - 6pm on Friday & 10:15am-6pm (break 1-2pm) on Saturday & Sunday.

$865 per person. $400 deposit required for registration with remainder due November 1.​
